Most brand programs hand out product to anyone with a camera and a social media following. The gear ends up in the wrong hands, used in ways that don’t represent the brand, and the “partnership” is nothing more than a discount code. We’ve seen it. We’ve been on the other side of it. That’s not what this is.
The THEORY1 Guide & Outfitter Program is built on a simple principle: we partner with people who share our values — ethical hunting, conservation, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way. We’re not looking to put our name on every lodge wall in the country. We’re looking for a small roster of operators who represent THEORY1 the way we’d represent ourselves.
In return, we invest heavily in the partners we select — more than most programs in this industry. Because when we commit to someone, we commit fully.
What We're Looking For
Licensed, insured outfitters and guides who operate ethically and legally. People who care about their clients, their land, and their animals as much as they care about success in the field. People who hold themselves to a standard — not because someone’s watching, but because that’s who they are.
What to Expect
This is a partnership, not a transaction. Selected partners go through an application and vetting process. We’ll talk. We’ll ask hard questions. We’ll verify references. If it’s a fit, you’ll receive direct access to THEORY1 products, dedicated support, and a compensation structure that reflects the value of the relationship.
