Coverage for every THEORY1 product.
The THEORY1 Promise
Rifle Systems — Lifetime Warranty
THEORY1 rifle systems (OMN1, AX1OM Rifle) are covered by a lifetime warranty to any owner — original purchaser or subsequent. If a THEORY1 rifle system becomes defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no charge other than shipping. This warranty is transferable and follows the firearm.
AX1OM Chassis — Lifetime Warranty
The AX1OM chassis is covered by a lifetime warranty to any owner, same as our rifle systems. Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use are covered. This warranty is transferable.
HEL1O Suppressors — Lifetime Warranty
HEL1O suppressors (HEL1O & HEL1O Pro) are covered by a lifetime warranty to the original registered purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable. For full suppressor warranty terms including void conditions, see the HEL1O Field Manual.
The following voids the suppressor warranty: exceeding 15 rounds per minute or 1 round per second; allowing the suppressor to exceed 800°F; use with fully automatic or binary trigger systems; improper threading or cross-threading; use with calibers or barrel lengths outside published restrictions; use of unjacketed lead ammunition; use of ammunition exceeding SAAMI pressure specifications; unauthorized modifications or repairs; negligent handling or abuse.
Ammunition
THEORY1 System Ammo is manufactured to strict quality standards. If you receive ammunition with a manufacturing defect, contact us with your lot number and we will replace the affected ammunition. Ammunition performance claims are not guaranteed across all firearms and barrel configurations.
Gear & Accessories
Gear and accessories are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, to the original purchaser.
General Warranty Exclusions
No THEORY1 warranty covers: damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents; damage from unauthorized modifications or alterations; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage that does not affect function; damage from use of improper ammunition; damage from failure to follow maintenance instructions; or any use contrary to the instructions, warnings, and cautions in product documentation.
THEORY1’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. THEORY1 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS REGULATED BY APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us at info@theory-1.com with your name, proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description (with photos if applicable) of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days with next steps.
