Official Contest Rules

This promotion is sponsored by THEORY1, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at PO Box 305, Gillette, WY 82717. The promotion is administered through KickoffLabs and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with KickoffLabs, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform.

The THEORY1 Proof of Theory Giveaway ("Promotion") consists of two components that run concurrently throughout the Proof of Theory original series season:

• Episode Prize Packs (10 total): One prize pack giveaway associated with each of the 10 episodes of the Proof of Theory series. Each episode prize pack is valued between $1,200 and $4,999. One winner is selected per episode for a total of ten (10) episode prize pack winners.
• Grand Prize Giveaway (1 total): One grand prize drawing held at the conclusion of the season. The grand prize is valued in excess of $20,000 and is subject to separate eligibility restrictions as described in Section 5. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected.

A total of eleven (11) winners will be selected throughout the duration of this Promotion. Winning an episode prize pack does not disqualify an entrant from winning subsequent episode prize packs or the grand prize. A single individual may win multiple times.

Episode Prize Pack Drawing Schedule: Each episode prize pack winner is drawn approximately seven (7) days after the corresponding episode premiere date. Specific drawing dates for each episode will be announced on theory-1.com and THEORY1 social media channels. All times listed are Mountain Time (MT). Sponsor reserves the right to modify dates with reasonable notice to entrants.

The episode prize pack giveaways (each valued under $5,000) are open to legal residents of all fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. No registration or bonding is required as each individual episode prize pack does not exceed $5,000 in approximate retail value.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of THEORY1, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members of any such persons are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

The Grand Prize is valued in excess of $20,000. Certain states require contest sponsors to register and/or post a bond for prizes exceeding specific value thresholds. THEORY1, Inc. has elected not to register or bond in the jurisdictions listed below and residents of those jurisdictions are not eligible to enter or win the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States excluding New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants in ineligible jurisdictions will be excluded from the Grand Prize drawing only — their entries will remain fully active for all episode prize pack drawings as described in Section 4.

All other eligibility restrictions from Section 4 apply to the Grand Prize drawing as well.

Firearm, Suppressor, and Regulated Item Prize Note: If the Grand Prize or any episode prize pack includes a firearm, suppressor, ammunition, or any other regulated item, the winner must be legally eligible to own, possess, and receive such items under all applicable federal, state, and local laws at the time of prize fulfillment. Firearms will be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in the winner's state of residence in accordance with all applicable laws. Suppressors will be transferred in accordance with the National Firearms Act (NFA) and all applicable regulations. In the event a winner is unable to legally own, possess, or receive any specific prize component due to state or local law, that specific item will be removed from the prize package and forfeited with no cash substitution, no alternative prize substitution, and no transfer of that item to a third party on the winner's behalf. Winner is responsible for all costs associated with the FFL transfer, NFA paperwork, and any applicable state or local fees. THEORY1, Inc. is not responsible for a winner's inability to legally receive any prize component and will not be liable for any resulting loss of prize value.

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter and earn points through the official KickoffLabs entry portal located at proof-theory-giveaway.kickoffpages.com ("Entry Portal"). Points accumulated through the Entry Portal determine the relative odds of winning — the more points an entrant accumulates, the greater their chances of being selected. Points do not guarantee a win.

Ways to earn points include but are not limited to:

• Initial entry and email registration
• Watching each new Proof of Theory episode
• Referring friends who enter the Promotion
• Following THEORY1 on Instagram and/or Facebook
• Additional actions as announced through the Entry Portal and THEORY1 social channels throughout the season

Complete entry requirements and available point-earning actions are detailed within the Entry Portal. Sponsor reserves the right to add or modify point-earning actions during the Promotion Period with reasonable notice.

Limit one (1) account per person. Use of multiple accounts, automated entry tools, bots, scripts, or any other means to artificially inflate entries or points is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Episode Prize Packs (10 winners): Each of the ten (10) Proof of Theory episodes has an associated prize pack valued between $1,200 and $4,999. Prize pack contents vary by episode and may include, but are not limited to, THEORY1 gift cards, gear, and apparel; partner and sponsor products; hunting and outdoor equipment; and other items as announced for each episode. Specific prize pack contents for each episode will be announced on theory-1.com and the Entry Portal at or before the time each episode premieres. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each episode prize pack will be disclosed at time of announcement.

Grand Prize (1 winner): The Grand Prize package is valued in excess of $20,000 ARV and is growing as additional partners and sponsors are confirmed throughout the season. Current confirmed Grand Prize elements include but are not limited to:

• One (1) complete THEORY1 rifle system (Fear the Man With One Gun build)
• One (1) THEORY1 HEL1O Pro suppressor (caliber configuration as determined by Sponsor based on winner's eligible configuration)
• THEORY1 ammunition supply
• Initial Ascent pack and gear bundle
• MTN DOUCHE face and skincare year supply
• THEORY1 gift cards, branded apparel, and accessories
• Additional partner and sponsor prizes to be announced throughout the season

The final confirmed Grand Prize package and ARV will be published on theory-1.com no later than August 1, 2026. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. All prizes are awarded as-is with no warranty expressed or implied beyond any manufacturer's warranty that may apply.

Total Approximate Promotion Value: The combined approximate retail value of all prizes awarded throughout the Promotion (11 winners) is in excess of $32,000, subject to increase as additional Grand Prize partners are confirmed.

Episode Prize Pack Winners: One (1) winner per episode will be selected from all eligible entries in the Entry Portal approximately seven (7) days after each episode's premiere. Selection is conducted through KickoffLabs' randomized drawing system, weighted by accumulated points. The more points an entrant has earned, the greater their statistical probability of selection. Selection is random among weighted entries and is not guaranteed by any number of points.

Grand Prize Winner: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on August 22, 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM MT from all eligible entries accumulated throughout the full Promotion Period. The Grand Prize drawing is conducted separately from episode prize pack drawings and is weighted by total accumulated points.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the applicable drawing date. Potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to respond within five (5) business days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable due to invalid or inactive email addresses, spam filters, or other technical issues.

Verification: Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. Grand Prize winners will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID for age and residency verification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Prior winners are eligible to win again. Winning a prior drawing does not disqualify an entrant from any subsequent episode drawing or the Grand Prize drawing.

All prizes are awarded as-is. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the value of any prize received. THEORY1, Inc. will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner whose prize value meets or exceeds the applicable IRS reporting threshold in the calendar year the prize is awarded. Winners may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners are strongly encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding the tax implications of receiving any prize under this Promotion, including the fair market value of non-cash prizes.

Entry data is collected through KickoffLabs on behalf of THEORY1, Inc. By entering, you agree to the following uses of your personal information:

• Administration of this Promotion including winner selection and notification
• Communication from THEORY1 regarding this Promotion and future THEORY1 products, drops, and promotions
• Communication from current and future promotional partners and prize sponsors associated with this Promotion
• Internal marketing and analytics purposes by THEORY1 and its partners

Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications from THEORY1 at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in any THEORY1 email. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect an entrant's eligibility to win. THEORY1, Inc. will not sell entry data to unaffiliated third parties outside of the promotional partners and prize sponsors described herein.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion or these Official Rules at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, with notice to entrants where practicable.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: (a) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) acts in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike, or offensive manner; (c) provides false or misleading information in connection with their entry; or (d) violates these Official Rules in any way.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless THEORY1, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and each of their respective successors and assigns from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize; any error in the operation of the entry system; lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Promotion or receipt of any prize.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

These Official Rules and any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Campbell County, Wyoming, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising from this Promotion must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
