THEORY1 System Ammo exists to eliminate the final uncontrolled variable in your rifle platform. This is not “good hunting ammo.” This is match-level precision built for real-world hunting environments.
We started with what matters most: components. Then we built every round by hand, one lever pull at a time.
Never-fired match-grade brass. Every case is trimmed, chamfered, demurred, mandrel neck sized, and brushed before loading begins.
Consistent ignition is the foundation of low ES and SD. We source premium primers and lot-test for uniformity before they make the cut.
We tested powders through heat, cold, humidity, elevation, and dry desert conditions, then hand-weigh every charge to ±0.02 grains. No shortcuts.
Berger VLD and Elite Hunter for controlled fragmentation. Hammer HHT for mass retention. Different goals, same standard: proven performance downrange.
