Industry-leading suppression in a footprint that shouldn’t be possible.
Two lengths. No compromise.
Most lightweight suppressors make a trade. They give you the weight number and hide what it cost you in performance. HEL1O doesn’t trade anything. We built a lineup of suppressors engineered to thrive in the backcountry and still do the one thing a suppressor is supposed to do.
Both share the same patent-pending internal geometry. Both outperform suppressors well outside their weight class. HEL1O is optimized for length. HEL1O PRO pushes suppression further.
Suppression in a lightweight, compact package.
Short. Lightweight. Industry-leading suppression. Optimized for the hunter who counts every ounce but refuses to sacrifice suppression. We optimized a suppressor for the guys running 6.5mm and smaller and we did it in 8.5 oz and a compact package.
Built in small batches. Ships in 6-8 weeks.
Push suppression further — at a fraction of the weight penalty.
The lightest serious suppressor you’ll find – period. Optimized for the hunter who counts every ounce but refuses to sacrifice suppression.

There are plenty of suppressors that make rifles quiet. That’s been solved. But most of them turn a mountain rifle into a front-heavy liability. We needed something different — light, short, and built to take the bite off a rifle without adding bulk you feel every step of a pack-in.
We started with titanium. Single-wall construction. We hit our weight and length targets, but thinning the walls to get there cost us three cans before we thickened weld lips and reinforced baffle seams. We got it to survive magnum cartridges — but the sound suppression wasn’t good enough. 133–136 dB. Same as everyone else. That wasn’t the standard we set.
So we started over with additive manufacturing. 3D-printed titanium took the handcuffs off. No more stacked baffles. No more decades-old design constraints. We built an internal geometry that uses fluid dynamics to our advantage — spinning, deflecting, and colliding gases through multiple patent-pending stages before shredding the exit flow through a helical disruption geometry.
The result: 125.5 dB in 7.95 inches and 9.45 ounces. Performance that cans twice this weight struggle to match.
Traditional baffle stacks trap gas. HEL1O manipulates it. Additive manufacturing unlocked internal geometries that are physically impossible to machine — so we designed a system that uses the gas to our advantage.
The pentagon outer shell gives you grip geometry that allows tool-less installation and removal – even with cold hands, gloves, or in the dark. Direct thread 5/8×24 keeps it simple, light, and repeatable.
Every HEL1O suppressor is built on the same engineering foundation – because we don’t cut corners to cut weight.
3D-printed Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V Titanium construction. Nearly half the weight of steel, with the strength to match.
Built for specific calibers, not every caliber – a tighter bore-to-bullet fit means greater efficiency and suppression.

*Sound measurements vary depending on firearm platform, barrel length, ammunition, atmospheric conditions, and measurement methodology. Reference readings were taken using a 20″ 6.5 Creedmoor with Federal Gold Medal Match 140gr SMK for .264 models, and a 20″ .308 with 147gr M80 Ball ammo for .300 models. Recorded on a calibrated Larson Davis 821IH-QPR meter positioned at shooter’s ear. All shooter’s ear dB figures are A-weighted measurements.
HEL1O suppressors are engineered for hunting and controlled field use — not sustained rapid fire. Observe the following to ensure durability and performance.
.223/5.56, .243, 6 Creedmoor, 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Win.
.300 WSM, 7 SS, 6.5 PRC, and similar short-action magnum cartridges.
.300 Win Mag, 7PRC, 300 PRC, and similar long-action magnum cartridges.
Maximum 15 rounds per minute. Do not exceed 1 round per second. Allow adequate cooling between strings.
.264 versions have different caliber restrictions than .300 versions. Read Field Manual here.
Because quiet and compact aren’t always the same priority. The HEL1O is built for minimal footprint – when length and weight matter most. The HEL1O Pro is built for maximum suppression. Both come in well under 10 oz. You choose based on the mission, not the compromise.
We publish shooter’s-ear reference data measured under controlled conditions (20″ 6.5 Creedmoor Federal Gold Medal Match 140gr SMK for .264 models and 20″ .308 147gr M80 ball ammo for .300 models) with a Larson Davis 821IH-QPR meter. Both models meter well below the commonly referenced 140 dB threshold.
That said, hearing risk depends on total exposure duration, environment, and individual sensitivity. We recommend using hearing protection whenever practical. **Our attorneys suggested we say that- yeah…they’re freakin’ quiet!
QD mounts solve a problem we don’t have in the mountains. You’re not swapping suppressors between rifles on a backcountry hunt – you mount it, verify zero, and hunt. Direct thread gives you a simpler, lighter, more rigid connection with less added length. All HEL1O suppressors run 5/8-24 direct thread mounts.
HEL1O suppressors come in two bore configurations – .30 cal and .264 cal (6.5mm).
The .30 cal versions are rated for any caliber up to and including .30 cal. That covers cartridges like .308 Win, .300 Win Mag, 300 PRC, 300 WSM, 7 PRC, 7 SS, 6.5 CM, 6.5 PRC, 6mm CM, etc.
The .264 (6.5mm) versions are rated for any caliber up to and including .264 cal. That covers cartridges like 6.5 CM, 6.5 PRC, .243, .223, etc.
Running a smaller caliber through either can works – but a suppressor optimized for your specific bore diameter will always outperform a larger bore can on the same cartridge. If you’re planning on running 6.5mm or smaller, get the .264 can.
Not when it comes to suppression. A suppressor works by capturing and cooling the expanding gases that follow the bullet out of the muzzle. The closer the bore diameter is to the actual bullet, the more efficiently it strips and manages those gases – which means better suppression numbers.
Running a 6.5mm bullet through a .30 cal can leaves extra space around the projectile. That gap lets gas escape less efficiently, and you leave performance on the table.
Match the can to the caliber and you get everything the suppressor was designed to deliver.
Some brands chase the lightest or the shortest and hang their hat on that. We’d argue that’s like bragging you’re dating the skinniest girl on the soccer team – not always the flex you think it is.
We built for optimal – in every way. Light enough and short enough that you forget it’s there on a 7-mile pack-in. Maneuverable enough for thick timber, horseback, and bush planes. But when the moment comes and the proverbial shot “rings out”, the suppression is there.
But since you asked- we’ll quit beating around the bush…We’re not aware of a suppressor quieter than the HEL1O Pro at this weight class. We’ll just leave it at that.
We have made this as simple as possible and break it down here.
Our suppressors are currently available on a limited preorder basis. Estimated ship time is 6-8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Because we build in controlled batches and refuse to cut corners, lead times can shift slightly if needed to maintain quality. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated directly.
